The South Florida Admissions Liaison Officer (ALO) program is an
Air Force organization of military affiliated representatives who provide the recruiting and admissions interface for prospective candidates interested in attending the US Air Force Academy or entering the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program.
Our mission is to work as talent scouts looking for highly qualified and motivated young men and women who
desire to pursue careers as officers in the United States Air Force. We strive to identify those individuals who will fulfill the goals of the Academy and ROTC which are:
The Mission of the Air Force Academy
" To develop and inspire air and space leaders with vision for tomorrow."
The Mission of AFROTC
" To recruit, educate, and commission officer candidates through a college campus program in response to Air Force requirements."
This site is for anyone interested in meeting the challenge of becoming an Air Force officer. If you think you have the "right stuff", please contact your high school's assigned ALO for more detailed information concerning the opportunities awaiting qualified applicants. The application and selection process starts in the
spring of your junior year of high school and continues through the fall of your senior year.
